Damaged or Incorrect Orders

When validated, Organium Shop may, at its discretion, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund if replacement is not feasible.
Orders Not Received
If an order has not been delivered within 20 business days from the shipping date, customers must notify Organium Shop at info@organium.shop. We will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier. Refunds are issued only after the shipment is officially confirmed as lost in transit by the carrier.
